- Avoiding drama and power games. Otherwise it is unsustainable socially.
- Remaining experimental. Otherwise process-cruft will overcome you.

The Best Use of Time on Earth

- Keep it Fabulous. Work should be mostly the best way we can imagine spending life on Earth, and a beautiful way to be together.
- Encounter Each Other as Human Beings. Rather than In Terms of Tasks, Obligations, Etc.
- Doubt Club Often. And keep a Registry of Doubts.
- Practice Dope Meetings. Group meetings need to be fun and playful and emotionally deep and embodied.
- Stay Honest about Your Time Together. Put your alternate lives in anAlternate Life Vault and check periodically that you're living your best life.
- Loss of Meaning fire alarm
- Redesign work periodically. TBD.
- Balance Structure with Spontaneity. TBD.
- Sharing Circle as a team check-in at the end of the workday.
