Throughout your project, keep a write up of your core values in sight. Whenever you suspect a loss of meaning, crumple up the paper and scream at the top of your lungs: “The meaning is dying”. The team comes together.
These suggestions might help to get the conversation started:
- Go back to your agreement, that each of us should be working on their highest purpose and that you are ready to be disappointed.
- How can the team support you to figure out what IS your highest purpose right now?
- What do you feel right now? What does this tell you about your values?
- Do you work towards the same values at the moment? Are these values still essential? How would you want to update the flower to add what you learnt about your values?
- What would have to change right now for you to feel the sunshine that fills your soul again?
