Week 02 - Trauma Mapping

Continue to practice 20-Point Meditation every day for at least 30 minutes. Check out the Three Levels of Experience page for a quick and dirty psychological theory. Try Trauma Mapping as a self-directed exercise, and/or listen to Nathan talk about it in podcast or video form. Schedule a session with Nathan, and feel free to sing the mantra from class.
