• Ground floor. Unspecialized-but-willing people, who will try/test their ideas.
• First floor. Brilliant people who don’t share their question, but who are good sounding boards.
• Second floor. People who are extensively well-read or knowledgable in their exact area, who can help them find resources and tell them if you are doing something new.
• Third floor. The person on earth who is closest to their turtle question and most qualified to endorse their work.
