Step 1 - Find Your Questions

A good way to start is to play Turtles Rule Game together, and take notes about everyone's turtle questions. Play a long version of this game—perhaps as much as eight hours.

Afterwards, participants can reflect on the questions that they turtled in the game. They must ask themselves (a) whether they could pursue the question for two or three years, and (b) whether they capable of Being Super Turtle-y about it.

Step 2 - Form a Tree

Then put whichever questions meet these criteria in a Tree of Questions, using the Constructing the Web of Questions.

Step 3 - Get Going

Once your superturtle and subturtle relationships are set up, Turtle Check with one another to "hire" each other for your positions, and begin your Turtle Cycles.
