The event opens with a welcome message. Then:

• Facilitators share examples of values their relationships are strong in, and values they want to explore more.
• Everyone has 10-15 minutes to make their relationship's "value garden"—where their relationship is strong and where they have more to explore. The facilitators travel around and check in with groups and help them write their values clearer.
• We split into groups of max 10 people, each with a facilitator in it, and everyone shares their value garden and gets practice suggestions from others based on it.
• Finally, they're invited to use meaning supplies (if it's ready) and to share their results somehow with the group.

Starting an Orchestra

An orchestra can start with just one quartet: two couples with vibe charts, with each couple supporting the other.

To start in a new city, you'll need two couples ready to support each other. You'll also need to make vibe charts. One way to do this is to become "values articulate" by reading through Quest 1 of Values-Based Data Science & Design. This will help you be clear and specific about the kinds of meaning each couple wants to explore, so your recommendations and plans are on point.
